Biotin-Baicalin

Biotin labeled Bacalin/Baicalin-Biotin is a natural product derived research probe obtained by covalent coupling of biotin and baicalin. Based on the strong binding properties of biotin streptavidin, this reagent was used as a molecular probe to specifically enrich and capture the in vivo target protein of baicalin in cell lysate, for the study of the mechanism of action of natural products. It can visually trace the distribution and transport process of baicalin in cells through streptavidin conjugated fluorescent enzymes and fluorescent dyes, and clarify its action sites at the cellular level.
